In the marketing campaign, the “early bird” has two key messages for customers:
- “Come to us now to avoid the crowd in December.”
- “Buy your gifts relaxed in our online shop, by phone or email.”
Book value is provided free of charge by the package, consisting of posters, a postcard including a wish list to fill out and online banners for communication via newsletter, on social media or in the web shop. “Our bookstores can now show their customers on all channels that they are the best gift supplier with top services for Christmas,” explains Barbara Janßen, Regional book value manager. “And we printed the postcard in A5 format on 300g paper. This is noticeable when you give these to customers in the store.
