Book Exchange Fair on Buenos Aires Subway’s Line H Encouraging Reading

Subterraneos de Buenos Aires SE (SBASE) together with the network developer, Emova, a exchange fair of copies yesterday Tuesday, May 7 at the station Line H School of Law. The Pila de Libros platform also took action.

In this sense, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm, users came to the station lobby where a place to leave a book, take another copy or reading them on the spot. Titles were also available to hand out to passers-by.

Likewise, this function allowed users to donate their books, share a moment with other readers and create a reading series in an area such as the subway, which is used by more than 900 a thousand people a day.

Among the titles available were classics of Argentine literature, contemporaries, best sellers, copies of fiction and non-fiction, among others.
