Dresden. The bones and tissue remnants that a garden owner found over the weekend in Dresden are “very likely” from a newborn. The forensic medical examination revealed that, the police announced on Wednesday. It can be assumed that the bones had been in the ground for a long time.
Unclear when baby died
When exactly the baby died and in what way will now be further investigated. “The investigations into the cause of death and an exact time of death are ongoing”, said the police to the “Dresdner Neuestem Nachrichten” (DNN). This will take some time.
The garden owner discovered the remains on Sunday while working on his property in the Pieschen district.
