Father-in-law Bon Jovi will not give the best of himself at the wedding of his son Jake Bongiovi and Millie Bobby Brown, the actress herself said in an interview. The two announced their engagement in April after dating for two years. “I have the feeling that I will not be able to fully be myself,” she said on Friday. “He is always so busy. Or he is playing tennis or singing. I think he needs a break.” Millie says the singer will “attend the wedding as a guest, not as a performer” and she hopes he can do it.
About planning their wedding, Brown also says that she experiences no stress at all. “Jake is very involved, he is very helpful throughout the whole process,” she reveals. “I’ve never felt alone in it, which is really nice. I’m always like, ‘Is this a good idea, is this a good idea?’ But at the end of the day, it’s just a very intimate day for both of us and we’re both very excited.”
