Claude Makelele has left Asteras Tripoli despite being unbeaten with one win and two draws. The French coach revealed the reason he left Arkades, saying that while he had been promised full control of the team, he was then banned from using Billet, who came on against Athens Kallithea and provided two assists in the win for Star.
