Who knows how long the hand – or hands – that placed the two paper bombs under the home of the mayors of Roccapiemonte e Castel San Giorgio. The judicial case, in fact, at least for the moment, has been closed but to prevent the crime from falling into statute of limitations.
The investigations
In fact, the investigations into the two were closed bomb attacks suffered, within 24 hours of each other, by Carmine Paganomayor of Roccapiemonte, and from Paola Lanzaramayor of Castel San Giorgio. Both reconfirmed in the second mandate and linked by a great friendship, they were shocked by the attacks for which they were unable to give any plausible explanation. After almost a year and a half of investigations, having also interviewed numerous people and followed various leads, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Nocera Inferiore decided to archive the file, having not found, to date, any clue that could trace the perpetrators of the gesture. There is no certainty even that it was the same hand and that therefore the two attacks were connected to each other.
