Kubrat Pulev shared his expectations from the match with Mahmud Char, which is scheduled for December 7 in Sofia.
“His strengths are a tough boxer with a lot of experience. He is naturally motivated. In the end, I think I am the classier boxer. It will be a fierce fight. I hope to knock him out,” Pulev told BNT.
Our boxer trains at the sports base in Belmeken. “Belmeken is always the place that motivates me further. Here it is magical, nature, fresh air. Especially when you are with nice people, professionals, you get motivated further”, said Pulev.
“The Bulgarian audience is very emotional, that way they feel it much stronger and the hall sometimes, when I play in Bulgaria, I have the feeling that the hall will collapse. I am grateful, it gives additional motivation and strength, when the match is tied, you can feel the chanting of the audience, the shouts and the emotions, it gives a lot of power,” explained the boxer.
“There will be strong matches, Tervel is training, it depends on him whether he will participate. There will be other title matches, there will also be Bulgarians who will play, again champions and serious people,” revealed Pulev for the gala evening on December 7.
