One of the common diseases is Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). For this reason, the community asked that the Bolmut Regency Government (Pemkab) be able to anticipate this.
“Indeed, the innate diversion of the rainy season can cause various kinds of diseases, therefore we hope that before events that can make residents suffer from various diseases, we really hope that the Bolmut Regency Government can do things that can suppress the occurrence of various disease outbreaks,” concluded Sandra Kamaru, a Bolmut resident, Tuesday (07/02).
Separately, the Head of the Bolmut Health Service, through the Head of the Disease and Outbreak Management Division, Febianto Lumoto, explained that his party continues to take early anticipation of this DHF disease.
“Indeed, one of the diseases that often arises during diversions in the rainy season like this is dengue, so we continue to anticipate,” he explained.
According to him, there are several anticipatory steps including eradicating mosquito nests which often cause dengue fever.
“In terms of personnel, facilities and others, we are ready. In addition, we continue to coordinate intensely with the Puskesmas in Bolmut. If there are people who experience dengue fever or other diseases, then it should be treated seriously as soon as possible,” he concluded. pju/kg)
