– It is clear that it is a bolid, a large meteor, which has moved in an area south of Oslo, says Eric Stempels, researcher at the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Uppsala University.
The space phenomenon has moved from an altitude of 90 kilometers down to an altitude of approximately 25-30 kilometers and has been seen over large areas throughout southern Norway and western Sweden, according to the researcher.
