FC Porto and Sporting contributed a little more than 12 thousand euros to the League’s coffers, following fines imposed by the Disciplinary Council (CD) of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) for incorrect behavior by the public in their matches of the last round of the championship.
The Porto players were fined 7,010 euros for having set off fireworks during the match against Estoril at Estádio do Dragão, while the lions were fined for a similar reason, but in the amount of 5,100 euros. In the match against Santa Clara, at Estádio de Alvalade, a flag with the inscription ‘JL76’ earned Sporting another €1,275 fine.
