In a statement, SC Braga confirmed that Carlos Carvalhal will not continue at the club next season. The Minho people conveyed to the coach the desire to keep him in charge of the team, but he informed that he intends to «close the cycle» at the club and «embrace new sports projects».
Carvalhal, 56 years old, thus closes the second cycle at SC Braga where he won a Portuguese Cup.
