Benfica won, this Sunday, for the first time, the Women’s Basketball Federation Cup, at Pavilhão do Esgueira, in Aveiro, by beating GDESSA, by 75-64.
The Luz team adds this achievement to the Supercup (in September 2021) and the Portuguese Cup (held this month).
In the Federation Cup, led by Quinta dos Lombos (four trophies) and CAB Madeira (three), Benfica is the seventh club to win, joining Boa Viagem, GDESSA, UD Olivais in third place.
