Workers of the US aircraft company “Boeing” in the Seattle area on Wednesday rejected the company’s latest offer to increase wages and announced that the strike will continue.
This original agreement was rejected by almost two thirds or 64% of the union members.
About 33,000 Boeing mechanics went on strike on September 13, demanding higher wages and the restoration of traditional pensions that were canceled a decade ago.
