/ world today news/ The American aircraft manufacturer “Boeing” announced that it has received a license from the US government to sell aircraft to Iran.
The company also announced that it is continuing negotiations with the airline “Iran Air” on the final details of the deal, which is estimated at about 25 million dollars. The preliminary agreement was concluded in June.
The June memorandum of understanding includes the sale of 80 aircraft to Iran Air. Boeing will also lease 29 aircraft of Iran’s national carrier. This is included in the deal, and any other sales will require a separate license. /AFP
