Boeing 737 MAX 10 completes first test flight

The 43.8 meter long Boeing 737 MAX 10 can carry up to 230 passengers over a distance of 6,110 kilometers. This makes it the longest variant of the MAX family, but has a shorter flight range: the MAX 8 and 9 can fly 6,570 kilometers, while the MAX 7 has a non-stop range of 7,130 kilometers.

Boeing has taken nearly 500 orders for the type since the MAX 10 was announced four years ago. United Airlines is the largest customer to date, with 100 units ordered. Other major customers include VietJet Air, Flydubai and GOL. In Europe, the TUI Group will be the first to fly the Boeing 737 MAX 10.
