In Poland, the body of a Syrian migrant was found near the border with Belarus. It is reported by PAP.

According to Tomas Krupa, a spokesman for the Podlaska police, the documents indicate that this is a 24-year-old Syrian who was previously in Belarus.

The body was found while patrolling a police helicopter in a state of emergency. Nearby they found Belarusian visa documents dated September 15.

The circumstances and causes of death of the man are being investigated.

This is the fifth such case near the border with Belarus.
