The security services in the Qalyubia Security Directorate revealed the circumstances of the discovery of the body of an unidentified person without a head inside a mobile phone, in the Ismailia Canal in front of the village of Seriaqus, Al-Khanka Center District.
Major General Mohamed Al-Sayed, Director of Criminal Investigations in Qalyubia, received a notification from the warden of the Khanka Police Station, that he had received a report from the people that a mobile phone containing a body had been found in the Ismailia Canal in the Syriaqus area, the Center District.
Investigations led by Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Abdel Jalil, Chief of Investigation at the Khanka Police Station, revealed that three people were behind the crime (a father and his two sons), who stabbed the victim before separating his head and throwing him into the aforementioned canal, due to previous disputes between them and the victim.
Following the legalization of the procedures under the leadership of Captain Ahmed Talaat Adas and Captain Ziad Hassan, assistant chief of investigations, the accused were arrested, and when they were confronted, they confessed to committing the incident, a report was drawn up, and the prosecution took over the investigation and ordered the detention of the accused for 4 days pending investigations and permission to bury the body after the completion of the autopsy work by forensic medicine. .
