Body found in Central Park Turtle Pond – NBC New York

A man’s body was pulled out of the water at a popular Central Park location and the circumstances of his death are a mystery for now, police said.

Officials said the body was found at Turtle Pond around 4:30 p.m. Details of the man’s death were not immediately clear.

The man has not yet been identified. An investigation is underway.
