The multimodal network facing many incivilities, the metropolis of Montpellier indicates that ” The role of field agents has evolved considerably in recent years and goes far beyond that of fraud, to move towards comprehensive support for users. Prevention, assistance, mediation, but also compliance with the rules and safety instructions, including the wearing of a mandatory mask are at the heart of concerns ». The teams concerned have been trained and made aware of the legal, regulatory and functional framework of the system. A system that is inspired by what has already been experienced in other French cities, and which has led to a drop in attacks on controllers. Within a few months, feedback from agents will enable ” to analyze the actions carried out and contribute together to the improvement of the management of incivilities ».
