A New York Police Department officer was involved in a shooting at 296 Malden Place, State Island, against a Hispanic. According to the report, the uniformed Thomas Leonardo discharged his firearm on five occasions during a confrontation with an armed man, identified as Roberto Ramos, 45 years old.
