Assault after throwing a stone
Linz. On Wednesday lunchtime, the 22-year-old victim was walking with an acquaintance in Linz, Am Gestade, when she was suddenly and unexpectedly hit in the head by a stone. The circumstances of the crime have not yet been conclusively clarified and the police are still investigating. The woman suffered minor injuries.
Burned green cuttings in the forest
Unkel. On Wednesday noon, the police were informed of smoke development in the forest area of the Am Stux district in Unkel, so that the Unkel fire brigade had to move out. A resident from Unkel was found burning green waste on site, and the further investigations were carried out by the regulatory office of the Unkel municipal administration.

Unkel. On Wednesday morning, around 11 a.m., a 91-year-old man from Bad Honnef forgot his wallet on a shelf after shopping in a supermarket in Unkel. After the man had discovered the loss, he looked at the storage location, the wallet was no longer there. Research and inquiries among the staff were negative. Traffic accident escape
