Waipin> The bodies of two of the four fishermen who went missing after their fiber boat sank in the north-west sea of Cape Munambam have been found. The bodies of Kollamparambil Sarath (24) and Cheplath Mohanan (53), natives of Chapakkadappuram, Malipuram, were found on Saturday. Sarath’s body was found by fishermen from Azhikode side in the morning and Mohan’s body from Njarakkal side in the afternoon. Yesudas (Raju–54) of Aroor Pallithode and Shaji (53) of Chappakkadappuram Vishipuraikkal are yet to be traced. Marine Enforcement, Coastal Police, Coast Guard, Navy and Fishermen are continuing the search. The boat sank in a northwesterly direction from Munamba. There were seven people. Baiju and Mani from Chapakkadappuram and Anandan from Alappuzha escaped. Sarath’s body was cremated at Kodungallur taluk hospital after post-mortem. Father: Sahajan. Mother: Geeta. Sister: Sanita. Mohanan’s body will be cremated at the Murukumpadam public crematorium after the post-mortem on Sunday. Wife: Sheela. Children: Anand, Anupa, Ajiraj.
