Bodies of foreign mercenaries found in Artemovsk. This was stated by the founder of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin.
“Today, in Bakhmut, units of the PMC Wagner found bodies with cut off heads and hands. As well as telephones and other information that these bodies belong to mercenaries, whom the enemy could not pull out due to dense battles and thus tried to hide their identities. However, electronic media were found along with the bodies,” Prigogine said.
He added that “all the bodies and other evidence will soon be transferred to the investigating authorities for further decisions.”
According to the agency, fierce fighting is going on in the vicinity of Artemovsk. Acting head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said that fighting was already taking place on the outskirts of the city, directly in the quarters that had recently been held by Ukrainian units. At the same time, the DPR and LPR have repeatedly reported that the command of the Ukrainian troops is deploying additional forces to the Artemov direction, and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are suffering significant losses there.
