End of the Corona crisis team
After two years, four months and more than 130 meetings to combat the corona pandemic in the Lake Constance district, the administrative staff of the district office will end their work on Monday, August 1st, 2022. After the SARS-CoV-2 Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance expired and on the recommendation of the state of Baden-Württemberg, this support from the public sector is no longer required. In this way, the health department can also cope with the tasks in the current development with the existing structures. However, the Bodenseekreis can reactivate supporting structures within a short period of time if this is necessary again in the coming months.
Specifically, this means that the situation center of the health department will remain in place to process the corona reports from the laboratories and medical practices and forward them to the state center. On the other hand, the weekly Corona review of the press office of the district office is cancelled. Citizens can still get general information on the Bodenseekreis website at https://www.bodenseekreis.de/corona and on the state website at https://www.baden-wuerttemberg.de/de/service/aktuelle-infos-zu-corona/
