Another victory for Bocar Samba Dièye on the CBAO. The bank was condemned, on July 7, for an opposition deemed ill-founded to a court decision favorable to the businessman.
According to Liberation, which gives the information in its edition of this Wednesday, the CBAO will have to pay Bocar Samba Dièye the interest on rights due for the period from July 12 to September 10, 2021.
The newspaper recalls that on June 13, the CBAO had served a summons to Bocar Samba Dièye and the Registrar of landed property of Grand-Dakar. Its objective was to obtain the release of the mortgage on three land titles (16797/Gr, 9293/Gr and 8403/Gr) unjustly seized from the businessman. The court declared the action inadmissible. It was the bank’s second attempt. His second setback too.
