Bobo Court of Appeal: the first President and the new Attorney General were installed

A change was made at the level of the Bobo-Dioulasso Court of Appeal. This includes the appointment of a new first President and a new Attorney General. The installation ceremony of the two personalities was held on Tuesday October 22, 2024.

The Bobo-Dioulasso Court of Appeal now has a new first President and a new Chief Prosecutor. They were installed in their new roles at a solemn ceremony. For the position of the first President near the Bobo Court of Appeal, Etienne Sama is now in charge of the case. He replaces Dijou Coulibaly. The first new President until his appointment was vice-president of the Court of Appeal. Adama Kafando is the new Attorney General. He succeeds Didier Hien. The new Attorney General was previously the Attorney General of the Court of Cassation. These two elevated judges will have the heavy task of managing the cases of the Bobo-Dioulasso Court of Appeal. Note that the month of October was marked by several changes within the jurisdictions of the town of Bobo. Instead on October 16, 2024, Sékou Traoré the new Faso Prosecutor at the Bobo High Court was installed in his seat instead of André-Roger Zoungrana.
