It’s about Job and Denise. The couple were very happy with the final result, but still had to swallow a bitter pill when it turned out that the attic was not finished. The team did insulate the attic, installed a new central heating system and it had double glazing, but the disappointment was visible. “I expected the attic to be finished, actually”, Denise sighed.

That reaction caused a flood of reactions on Twitter and so Bob thinks it is high time to put things right. “I take it up for them for a moment, they have been tackled quite a bit on the internet. I think that’s sad, because they were very happy with the house.”
“To be honest, my first reaction was: guys, do you guys have no idea what has happened and how hard the work has been?” he continues. “Of course they know. It’s a bit taken out of context,” said Bob. “They are very happy with the house.”
