West Virginia Men’s Basketball Coach Bob Huggins Resigns After DUI Arrest
Bob Huggins, the men’s basketball coach at West Virginia University, has resigned following his arrest in Pittsburgh on Friday for driving under the influence. According to the Pittsburgh police department, officers found Huggins blocking traffic in a black S.U.V. on Friday evening. Huggins struggled to move his vehicle off the road as instructed by the police. He failed field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested.
During the arrest, the police discovered a white bag filled with empty beer cans on the floor of Huggins’s car, as well as another bag in the trunk.
