It all depends on the fight with Dubois
According to the head of Top Rank, “Fight of the Century” can be expected in February next year. However, there is one condition that the Ukrainian champion must fulfill.
“I believe that Usyk-Fury will take place. I think it will happen next year. Maybe in February there will be a good moment for this fight.
But Usyk isn’t going to have an easy walk with Dubois. Daniel can land the punch and knock him out. So we’ll see,” Arum said.
Recall that the Usyk-Fury fight could have taken place as early as the end of April 2023. However, the excessive financial demands of the “Gypsy King” disrupted the negotiations. The fight is expected to be hosted in Saudi Arabia. Megafight participants will receive space fees for this duel. Previously, the fight was supposed to take place as part of a super tournament of four top boxers. However, there are no clear agreements yet.
