Rescued from the water
Finn Harald Saltkår, operations manager in the Møre og Romsdal police district, tells VG that it is unclear what caused the boat to capsize, but that there must have been rain and thunderstorms in the area prior to the incident.
The person who was missing is said to have been picked up from the water around 18.00, according to the operations manager.
– How did the other two get ashore?
– This happened not far from a small archipelago on the southeast side of Smøla. They were rescued by someone who was nearby, says Saltkår.
