Publisher Modiphius Entertainment has announced the arrival in 2021 of the board game of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which will be the subject of a campaign fundraiser on GameFound, later in the year.
Unfortunately, not many details have been given about The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – The Board Game, apart from some general information. According to the short official description it will be an epic board game for 1-4 players, which will allow you to experience many adventures in the world of Skyrim.
Modiphius has already made The Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms miniature game, so it is not new to the Bethesda universe. The choice of GameFound and not of Kickstarter for the crowd funding campaign is interesting, as if to favor the only platform created by board game authors for board game authors (it’s by Marcin Świerkot, CEO of Awaken Realms).
Skyrim on its own shouldn’t need any introduction, since we’re talking about one of the RPGs best selling electronics of all time. Originally launched in 2011, it has been published on a multitude of systems, including PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, in various editions. .
