Your daily routine
You will support Corporate Account Managers in managing and developing a portfolio of Corporate clients, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
On a day-to-day basis, you will take care of customer communications and requests.
You will implement remote banking services with a view to optimal customer satisfaction.
To improve the business and its profitability, you will participate in research activities with the Business Managers.
You will prepare customer/prospect journeys from business, risk and profitability angles.
You will contribute to the discovery of commercial opportunities and formalize the proposals.
With the Business Manager, you will analyze the profitability of the business and identify areas for improvement.
Together with Corporate Affairs Managers, you will participate in risk management, financial monitoring and implementation and the annual renewal of Commercial Fund commitments while ensuring proper adherence to Compliance procedures.

This internship, based in one of our corporate business centers in Strasbourg, is available from January 2025 for a period of 6 months.

Are you our next M/F Corporate Relations Officer?
You are preparing a Bac +4/5 (RNCP level 7, previously I) in a business school, engineering or university course specializing in Banking, Finance or Risk Management.
First commercial experience in B to B and/or banking (internship or work study) would be an advantage.
Prior experience in the areas of financial, legal or tax knowledge and a solid foundation in wealth management would be an advantage.
You are fluent in French, have a good knowledge of financial analysis and have a strong commercial appetite, good communication skills and good listening skills.
In addition, your flexibility, ability to collaborate and communicate both orally and in writing will be an essential asset. Add to that a good sense of organization, analysis and hard work to finally convince us.
