BNNVARA adapts the Christmas special of the series Thirtysomethings due to the death of actor Reiky de Valk. Filming for the Christmas special has not yet started, but De Valk would appear in a few scenes.
The adjustments are still being considered, a spokesperson said.
23-year-old De Valk died last weekend. “Reiky has chosen to let his light shine over us from above,” his family said Instagram. “He will be with us forever, forever in our hearts. May his soul shine in peace.”
De Valk will be commemorated on Saturday during a service in De Duif in Amsterdam. The commemoration will be shown on a large screen on the Amstelveld.
