Case Reward Damaris Tambunan hitting a motorcyclist on the head with the butt of a gun in Cawang, East Jakarta, with a long tail. State civil servants (ASN) in National Narcotics Agency (BNN) iHe was investigated by the inspectorate because of his actions.
The incident occurred on Monday (6/11) morning. The incident was captured on amateur video and went viral on social media.
In the video recording that was distributed, it was narrated that the perpetrator claimed to be a member of the TNI, even though the ASN was at BNN. The motorcyclist was seen injured in the head and bleeding after being hit by the gun handle by the perpetrator.
This incident became a spectacle for the public. The perpetrator, who was wearing a helmet, looked angry while pointing at the victim.
“You’re a ***** yes. Call the police, call the police, I’ll wait,” said the perpetrator.
It was stated that initially, one of the drivers was involved in an argument with another motorbike. Then a motorbike named Diki came to separate the two. However, Diki ended up getting involved in an argument with the perpetrator.

Head of Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of BNN RI Brigadier General Sulistyo Pudjo Hartono confirmed that the man was a BNN ASN named Pahala Damaris Tambunan. The incident occurred on Monday (6/11) at around 09.00 WIB.
“The BNN member on behalf of Pahala Damris Tambunan was leaving for the office in a green Honda Spacy. The person concerned happened to be in a very traffic jam near the front of the Kodam. The person concerned was going from the direction of PGC towards BNN,” said Pudjo to journalists, Wednesday (8/11).
Then there was another motorbike rider in the opposite direction from Cawang towards PGC. This, according to him, endangers Pahala.
“Then Brother Pahala strongly reprimanded the driver who was going in the opposite direction,” he said.
Then from behind, Diki admonished Pahala not to be too harsh on motorbike riders who were going in that direction because they were old.
“Then the person concerned replied, there was an argument while walking, and Brother Diki, whose name we know is Diki, kicked Brother Pahala’s motorbike,” he said.
Then Diki took off his helmet and Pahala approached Diki. An argument broke out again so Pahala hit Diki using the butt of his service firearm.
“Then there was an argument there, then he tapped Brother Diki’s head with the butt of his official firearm,” he explained.
