The German house has always amazed us with completely cutting-edge innovations but this time it has certainly gone further with this feature. All of us have always dreamed of staying in our own car and being able to enjoy a good film in complete tranquility and comfort. Apparently BMW has understood this need and the cinema in the car could become a reality.
In recent years, especially by purchasing a new production vehicle, we will certainly have noticed how the focus of car manufacturers is to offer both the driver and passengers a totally different car transport experience from the past with attention focused on the infotainment side and comfort.
Indeed, in our cars by now there are a multitude of options for all our needs. In some cases we have to admit it seems really too much but evidently buyers are increasingly looking for these characteristics in their cars.
BMW must have fully understood this need and in fact in its latest model presented in these days the German house wanted to add a gem that will appeal to many. In fact it is the first cinema inside a car, really incredible…

The new feature will arrive on board the new i7, presented a few months ago by the German company. The BMW-branded sedan will be an all-electric model with a declared range of 615 kilometers. However, the German engineers didn’t stop at the engines.
In fact, perhaps the most awaited novelty by all BMW enthusiasts is certainly the Theater screen. It must be said however that attempts to add a screen for multimedia content had already been made in the past with the introduction of touch screens on the back of the front seats.
However, with the i7 we have gone beyond these two small screens and instead preferred the introduction of a 36-inch screen with 8k resolution which is lowered from the roof right into the center of the passenger compartment. this way whoever is behind will literally be in a small cinema.
In fact, when the screen is activated, the side panels of the windows are lowered in such a way as to cover any sunlight coming from outside and offering a cinema-like experience for our passengers.
