The BMW i4 M50 is the first all-electric M car in Germany, and the CarWow test pits it against one of its direct rivals – the Tesla Model 3 Performance. Both cars will compete in a race from a place, acceleration and a brake test.
The German representative in the form of BMW has two electric motors and four-wheel drive with a maximum power of 544 horsepower. The torque is 795 newton meters and the weight reaches a little over 2.2 tons.
Tesla, on the other hand, also has two electric motors and 490 horsepower, while the torque reaches 660 Newton meters. The weight here is 1.8 tons.
The characteristics of the two cars are similar, which in most cases promises a serious and interesting battle, and the final winner can be seen in the video.
