Blue star Lee Ryan spent all his money on the pandemic

The singer has nowhere to raise money for a fine of 1501 British pounds

Lee Ryan told the court that he could not afford to pay his £ 1501 fine just because he did not provide details on who was driving his car when he was caught speeding, but the court nevertheless decided to give him impose a financial penalty.

The singer was accused of being behind the wheel, but prosecutors were unable to provide the necessary evidence that he drove his personal Mercedes in the offense. The charge was dropped, but the court decided to fine him for refusing to say who was driving.

The Blue vocalist joined the court hearing remotely from Spain and announced that he had lost his job because of Kovid-19.

“I’m not working. I mean, the concerts have stopped. I have nothing,” he added.

Ryan explained that he spent his savings because he had no appearances during the pandemic.

With regard to the fine, the judge took into account that the music industry was severely affected by the pandemic and therefore decided to charge him with only one violation.

If Lee Ryan does not pay his fine, he will face trial again and could go to jail.
