BOY ZONE – NASA’s Reconnaissance Orbiter has taken photos Mars interesting. Taken near the center of Gamboa Crater at Red Planetthe photo shows some blue ripples which looks stunning on a planet with a red surface.
According to NASA, the photo is called a fake color photo that helps scientists study the weather and geology. The landscape, which was captured by Mars Earlier this year, the Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO), processed in so-called false colors, turns subtle differences in light wavelengths into a stunning color palette that is impossible to miss.
Various wind-related features are also seen in Mars in the photo. Larger dunes of tortuous peaks and individual domes are observed as well.

Small ripples form on the tops of the sand dunes that are only a few feet between the crests. These ripples combine to form transient mega-ripples, 30 feet apart and radiating out of the dune.
In this formation, the larger and lighter ones that are roughly parallel to each other are called the Transverse Aeolian Ridges (TAR). TAR has been found covered with very coarse sand.
It’s true that augmentation is quite beautiful, but it’s not done just to give Mars a little extra luxury.

By processing the data in this way, scientists have been provided with a very useful tool for studying geological and atmospheric processes occurring well below the altitude of the MRO orbit. It shows the different regions and features on the surface Mars.
