Rheinfelden – Resisted after alcohol was stolen

During the night from Friday to Saturday, a 38-year-old man entered a garage where the residents were staying. After initially chatting with them, he shortly thereafter pocketed a bottle of alcoholic beverage and was about to leave. After he was asked about this, the man hit one of those present in the face. The heavily intoxicated man was found in front of the property by the advancing police patrols. After the stolen bottle could be secured, the man was given a place reference. Since he did not want to comply, the not insignificantly drunk man had to be taken into custody. He put up considerable resistance and kicked one of the officers in the leg. During the arrest, the man injured his arm, which is why he was later taken to the hospital and there had to be treated. Except for the troublemaker, none of those involved were seriously injured.
