Blue Fox Coffee’s January schedule has just been released. Several events will punctuate the start of the year at 107 Cours Victor Hugo.

Yoga

Thursday January 4, 7:15 p.m.-9 p.m.

Tamsin offers an introduction to yoga. It will help you harmonize the nervous system, balance emotions and create calm.

Objectives: reduce stress, anxiety and depression; improve digestion and strengthen immunity; regulate sleep; improve emotional resilience; increase flexibility, strength, endurance and vitality; create a feeling of inner calm and happiness.

Pottery Workshop

Saturday January 6, 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

Sculpt clay as a family. Everything will be shaped and decorated by hand. The equipment is provided on site.

Laughter yoga

Tuesday January 9, 7-8 p.m.

Invitation to a laughter yoga class by the BFC. Led by Rachida, a private nurse, she teaches simple yoga techniques accessible to all, in which intentional laughter is a physical exercise allowing you to escape the mind. This intentional laughter quickly causes natural and contagious laughter. Laughter yoga is laughing together, in all kindness. A real bath of joy and fraternity!

Show “Arthur pushed his bed under the moon”

“Arthur pushed his bed under the moon” is the true story of a little man with autism who goes through life as best he can with enthusiasm and a passion for music and singing. With his parents, they had to reinvent everything to have the right to taste the pleasures of all the moments of a child’s life. To tell all this, they chose poetry, music, songs, a good dose of activism and good humor.
With this show, prejudices are swept away to make way for the poetry of difference where we understand that all children are little princes.
