It still depends on your consumption and that is the case with every device, I have an 11 pro max and I still get 2 days after almost 2 years.
If you’re going to play games / do teams meetings etc for half a day, you won’t make it, but you won’t make it with a Samsung or other smartphone either.

I’ve had the Watch5 for almost 2 years now and can easily save 1.5/2 days with it, use for running / paying is just ideal (It saves taking the phone out of your pocket again).
Or you leave without a mobile and pay with the watch without having your debit card or mobile with you, because that’s also possible .

Furthermore, I do not have all the apps on it, because I just find some useless.
Like telegram I don’t need to see whole conversation history, only the notification is fine so the app removes the same money for

I also no longer installed them because they have no useful function for me, so yes, the more functions and apps you have on them, the faster it is empty of course (And how often you play with it).
The same before it says every so often that you have to stand for a while, or the hand washing notification that is new since corona is also out.

But you can save a day with it anyway, you can save that with just about any device / watch (Of course it depends on what you do).
