Abu Dhabi, September 13 / WAM / Bloom Holding Company announced the appointment of Emirates Support Company Maltaorum as the main contractor to carry out the construction work in “Toledo”, the second phase of the Bloom Living project, a modern and integrated residential complex in Abu Dhabi.
This announcement follows the appointment of the main contractor to implement the first phase of the Bloom Living project, “Cordoba”, earlier this year. Work in Cordoba is progressing at a steady pace and according to schedule with more than 30% of the units completed, and the phase is scheduled to be completed. The first during the fourth quarter of 2024.
The residential units available in Toledo vary between townhouses consisting of two or three bedrooms, and independent villas containing between three and five bedrooms, and the second phase of the Bloom Living project is scheduled to be completed by the second quarter of 2025.
