The incidents occurred this Friday at km 148 of Route 9, on the Buenos Aires – Rosario lane. Around 2:30 p.m. a cage truck transporting cattle overturned and a group of neighbors “took advantage” of the opportunity to undertake a bloody task. Several cattle were slaughtered in a chilling scene. The shocking images of the chase ended up going viral. The injured driver, a 22-year-old young man, was rushed to San Pedro Hospital.
As the accident occurred on the Arrecifes River bridge, a part of the vehicle was left hanging, while the trailer obstructed traffic on the road and caused delays in traffic.
Some animals fell into the void and others tried to escape, improvising an escape along the highway and surrounding areas.

According to the San Pedro weekly ‘La Opinión’, the driver who was driving this truck is 22 years old, is from the city of Lincoln and was identified with the initials RO
Volunteer Firefighters intervened to rescue him after the accident and he was taken by ambulance to San Pedro Hospital.
