With a smirk, Hugh Jackman simply replied “oui” to begin with. “I’ve always had a sense of the tragic, the dramatic, but the doctor told me not to do that because it would bleed. But me, I had to sing since there were people from all over the world who came from all over the world to attend this show. I said to myself: ‘it’s good, I’ll do it, I’ll sing the song’. While everything seemed to be going well, after a while I realized that I had blood coming out of my nose. So I had to redo stitches.”
