It will be between 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and the entire population of legal age that does not have health problems is invited to come and collaborate with this charitable cause.
The Valencian Community needs 250 units of blood daily to cover the existing hospital demand. For this reason, it is necessary for citizens to show solidarity with the people who need it most at this time, since a single blood donation can help save three lives.
It is necessary to emphasize the need for new donors and young donorssince it is necessary ensure generational change of those who have already donated due to age or who stop donating due to different circumstances.
Blood donation spaces are safe spaces whose security measures are extreme during these days. There is a hygiene protocol upon arrival at the donation center with which the health of donors is protected as well as that of the health personnel who perform the extractions.
As usual, people between the ages of 18 and 65 and weighing more than 50 kilos can donate. It is recommended not to attend fasting.
