Log in to the University’s digital services
Access to digital services is reserved for the university community of Le Mans University.
To access it, you must follow the procedure for activating your user account. At the end of this procedure, you will obtain your connection details: your username and your personal password.
1. Activate your account
Student, you must first activate your account to recover your login credentials (username and password):
- first registration: once your administrative registration is completely completed, you must activate your account. Bring your student number and your INE code,
- annual re-registration: if you were registered last year and you register in the following year, your account must be re-activated each year,

2. What to do if there is a connection problem?
- If you have lost your username or password, Click here . Students: If you don’t remember your username, Click here.
- If these solutions do not work, you can go to the ETN@ reception (opposite the University Library) with your PASS SUP’ card to request a reset of your password.

3. CNOUS Consent
Student, when activating your account, re-activating it or renewing your password, you are asked to consent to the sending of your personal data to the CNOUS. This consent is essential to benefit from the IZLY service if you wish to take advantage of the CROUS University Restaurants and cafeterias. These services will be activated when your multi-service card is issued. If you have overridden this consent and wish to change it, follow the procedure for changing your password.
