The teams Héma-Québec will be passing through Coteau-du-Lac on January 14th. The objective of this collection will be to welcome 95 donors.
By appointment only, eligible donors are invited to donate blood between 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. by going to the community center located at 2 rue Georges-Jules-Beaudet.
It will also be compulsory to take the donors’ temperature upon arrival. Note: if the donor arrives on site with his own mask, he must remove it to wear the one offered by Héma-Québec.
« It is essential to make an appointment before going to the collection site via 1 800-343-7264 or by email at [email protected], a few days before or on the day of the collection. To this day, there is still room for Tuesday’s collection ”, indicates the spokesperson for Héma-Québec, Laurent-Paul Ménard.
Did you know that it is possible to donate blood every 56 days, if you are a man, and every 84 days in the case of women, ie four to six times a year?
