Every month in Puy-de-Dôme, 2,000 blood donations are needed to meet vital needs.
The department is one of the good students but the national reserves are below the safety threshold. This led the French Blood Establishment to launch a vital emergency appeal for donations in the media.
This request was fully heard: during the last collection carried out in Aubière, 121 donors, including 18 new ones, came forward.
The Association of Blood Donors of Aubière-Pérignat (ADOSAP) is very proud of this result and wishes that all its members remain mobilized, because the fight is far from being won.
The next collection will take place on April 10 at the Poster complex in Pérignat-lès-Sarliève.
