At the beginning of December, the mobile team from the French Blood Establishment moved to the Espace animation de Luc. All precautionary measures were implemented with the wearing of a mask compulsory for all, accompanied by measures of distancing and reinforced hygiene. Welcomed by the reception agent Philippe, the donors were then invited to consult the doctors, Nicolas Bosse Platière and Marie. Nurses Betty, Océane, Laetitia and Gabrièle took the blood tests. The donors ended their journey with a snack offered by Laurent to regain strength.
The Luco-Primaubois donors have mobilized to allow the EFS to maintain a good level of stock during this very sensitive period with Covid-19 and to meet the needs of patients who remain permanent and important. Blood donors have made an essential and generous gesture, a gift that saves lives. Next blood drives in 2021: Wednesday February 17 at the entertainment area in Luc, Wednesday June 16 in Luc, Tuesday September 7 at the Espace Antoine de St-Exupéry in La Primaube and Wednesday December 1 in Luc. As people were unable to take part in this collection, the EFS proposes to go to the Rodez site, at the Bourran hospital center, avenue de l’Hôpital. Entirely bypass the hospital on the right.
