The National Center for Blood Services urged the donation of blood, seeking in this way to save people’s lives. In addition, in this way strengthen community solidarity and social cohesion.

Under the slogan “Donate blood so that the world continues to beat”, the National Center for Blood Services (CENSSA) and the Donor House have planned, in commemoration of the “World Day of Voluntary Blood Donor”, which will be celebrated on 14 June, various voluntary collection activities.
The collection headed by CENSSA starts tomorrow, under all health care according to the following calendar:

Donation campaign in Pedro Juan Caballero
At all donation sites and for all those who need this vital liquid, every drop counts. For that reason, the Chair of Criminal Law for Adolescents of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, of the National University of Asunción, Pedro Juan Caballero branch, with the support of the Pedro Juan Caballero Regional Hospital, will carry out a blood collection on Saturday June 5 from 08:00 to 12:00 at the “Intendente Carlos Domínguez” Cultural Center (former Municipality, Prof. Domingo Aquiles Ocampos Room).
